 Nina is a post in a wing's body. She crashes the boards extremely hard, blocks shots, and plays great defense. She has developed a nice mid range shot from the short corner over the past season and has plenty of room for growth. 5'6- Freshman- Marshall- Wing

Isabella played a few years of CYO basketball in middle school and wants to take her game to the next level. She has a nice mid range shot alongside anstrong frame, which makes her a good wing for this team. She is a good role player and has the potential to become a consistent shooting threat throughout the season.

5'6- Freshman- PVI- Guard

Sierra is a solid all around guard. She is a good mid range and 3 point shooter, has good speed and is an excellent passer. She played JV as a freshman for PVI and has been playing basketball for the past 5 years.She makes good decisions with the ball and is going to be an intrigal part of the growth of the team with her veteran play. 

5'9- Freshman- Robinson- Post

Madeline is a new player to Intensity and brings a lot of upside to her position. She is powerful on the blocks, not afraid to attack off the dribble, and finishes well underneath. She started on the Robinson JV, and led her HS team in scoring. Madeline gives the team a big boost down low and makes for a nice inside outside game.She has a solid mid range shot and isn't afraid to bang with anyone down low. Great addition to the team.

5'7- Freshman- Annandale- Point Guard

Jayla is a solid all around combo guard that can play multiple positions because of her strength and abilty to attack the basket. Her handles and moves toward the basket allow her to be able to play either guard position, and her rebounding and ability to guard bigger players allows her to move to the 3 in smaller lineups. She listens well and follows directions, which makes her potential as a guard limitless. Jayla started as a freshman for Annandale HS Varsity and bring leadership and charisma to this team.

5'10- Freshman- Fairfax- Guard

Ally has perfected the form of a beautiful 3 point shot and has been dependable to knock down 2-3 per game throughout the season. Her hieght and shot are a commodity to have as she is often fouled on the 3 pointer because of her high, quick release. Although she is a great 3 point shooter, she also is great from mid range and the foul line. She is the go to when the team needs to stretch out the defense.

5'4- Freshman- Fairfax- Guard

Paige is a knock down shooter from anywhere on the court, but deadly from deep wings and corners. She has a solid floater off the dribble and knows her role on the team as a 6th man and as of late, on and off starter. She is quiet but deadly, and will drop 10 points on you before you have a chance to change your defense to guard the shooter. A true asset to the rotation of the teamWhat's this item about? 5'5- 8th Grade (Annandale)- Point Guard

Luisa is a hard working all around athlete with lots of natural talent. She has a great eye for the court and has enough handles to split defenders.

She has played her last 3 years on the premiere Fairfax Stars team and Matrix Black. She has a FCYBL MVP award and brings tons of leadership to the team as a rising 9th grader. She will e fun to watch develop as one of the newest members of the team.

5'8- 8th Grade (Woodson)-Wing/ Post

Abby is a power player who knows how to use and distribute her weight in offensive and defensive situations.She has good speed and endurance for her position and can be used as a wing or post player depending on the team. Maddy is a solid transition player and an even better shot blocker. She has a solid elbow shot and attacks the boards effectively. 5'8- Freshman- George Mason- Post

Kortney is a first year player with Intensity and has the potential to move from post to wing throughout the season. She is a role player that wants to improve her game and is showing the prowess to do it with a great supporting cast. We have great expectations for her development and she has the right demeanor to achieve her transition throughout the season.
